Which Class Is Right For Me?

Classic Pilates offers a wide range of Pilates Matwork and Group Reformer courses for all ages and abilities. As a new client, it's often challenging to know exactly which class is going to suit you best. Sarah has over 25 years experience teaching the Pilates method and is here to help.

 

Sarah teaches a maximum of just 12 clients per class for Pilates Matwork and 5 clients per class for Group Reformer. As well as her fun and upbeat approach (we laugh a lot in class!), she focusses intensely on technique and improving movement patterns to help strengthen core, improve posture and help manage joint issues - not much gets past her eyes! Sarah's classes are offered in 10-week blocks with an online catch up option if you have to miss a session.

The nature of teaching authentic Pilates classes is all about technique and quality which results in obtaining desired results. With small numbers we can keep the fitness level of the class consistent and relevant to the clients, delivering a more personal approach. This ensures from a professional and safety aspect everyone is working at the appropriate pace and intensity.
